Exchange & Returns

Our exchange policy extends for 7 days from the date of item receipt, allowing you ample time to request an exchange.

For an exchange to be considered, the item must remain in its original condition, unworn, and in its original packaging.

Please note that earrings cannot be returned if tried on due to hygiene reasons. 

To initiate an exchange, simply reach out to us at contactcomptoirdubijou@gmail.com.

Once your exchange requested is confirmed, you can send us the article within 2 to 3 days (excluding Monday), at the following address : Comptoir Zen - Lot. Essahil, n°30, Quartier Anssari, 27223 Casablanca, Dar Bouazza.

Any item returned without prior exchange request will not be accepted.

 

Damages & issues

Please, inspect your order upon delivery and notify us at contactcomptoirdubijou@gmail.com  if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. This allows us to assess the situation and take appropriate action.

Once confirmed, our shipping company will arrange a pickup within 2 to 3 working days.

Please note that all sales made at a discounted rate are final, and we do not offer refunds.
