Express shipping is free in all Morocco.
Products are delivered to the delivery address indicated during the order process, within the time indicated on the order confirmation page.
In the event of a delay in shipment, an e-mail will be sent to inform you of any consequences on the delivery time indicated.
Items ordered on www.comptoirdubijou.ma can only be delivered in Morocco.
Delivery times are clearly indicated for each item on sale on the site and are 1 to 2 working days if you live in Casablanca and 2 to 5 working days if you live outside Casablanca following confirmation of your order. Note that if you order during the weekend, your order will be shipped Monday.
If you have selected "Cash on Delivery" as a payment method, please make sure you have the full amount ready before the delivery driver comes.
